Pros

Don't have anything to add.

Cons

The company faces structural issues as everyone reports directly to the APAC leader, who often ignores feedback. While this setup might enable quicker decisions, it has significant downsides. If the leader views you unfavorably, they may actively work to force you out, regardless of your performance or years of loyalty. The leader demands respect akin to a top executive, creating a challenging atmosphere. To succeed, it’s crucial to stay in their good graces.

• CyberArk is the undisputed leader in privileged access management and identity security. • The brand is well recognized and trusted in enterprise accounts. • Strong technical team and good product roadmap. • Compensation and benefits are competitive. • Market demand for identity security is growing rapidly.

Cons

• Sales cycles can be very long and heavily dependent on partners. • Internal processes and approvals can feel slow and bureaucratic. • Product portfolio is expanding quickly, which makes enablement a constant challenge. • Regional support resources can be stretched thin. • Work-life balance depends heavily on your manager and territory.
