Clueless management, false promises, multiple rounds of redundancy, a complete inability to recognise or retain quality employees, huge pay gaps between similar roles, and no HR presence. Currently making teams redundant and replacing their role with the same job, just a different job title for a fraction of the salary or outsourcing to south America where they can pay peanuts and don't have to provide the same company benefits. Expectations to work all hours, no relief, no support or work life balance. Zero recognition, respect or rewards for Incident Response employees, or they let you go before you reach the point of fruition, so I'd recommend literally anything else. Senior management have their own agenda and aren't interested in hearing truths or fixing the issues, just passing them along to the next hire to fix and letting them go when they either can't succeed, or management don't like being told their ideas are wrong. Very ineffectual management and almost zero communication. They obviously just want to patch it up to enable the company to be sold as quickly as possible, so senior management can cash in.
