      Pros

      Good laid back culture. You are able to be flexible with your schedule, management is great, and the work experience is great if you are trying to get more experience within the industry.

      Cons

      Benefits are not great, & salary is on the lower end.

      Fast hiring process. Job isn't difficult.

      Minimal room for growth, pay isn't great, meetings are the longest and least productive of any place I've been.

      Management sometimes don’t agree on things causing confusion amongst employees. Shift in focus on marking time vs helping clients mostly caused these issues. Limited room for growth unless taking on workload in another department.
