      There are some genuinely good staff.

      Cons

      The company has a facade of caring about its staff, but in reality, it does not care. The company cares more about its image than it does about providing a high quality service. The office atmosphere is toxic and the management structure is chaotic, with managers that are not competent for the role they have. The company does not properly follow agreed professional improvement plans. The company spends more on events than it does on ensuring it can treat its employees fairly and that they can deliver services to clients.

      I've been with CyberOne for 4months, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The leadership team exemplifies kindness and professionalism, fostering a culture where employees feel valued and supported. Managers are approachable and genuinely invested in both personal and professional development, creating an environment that encourages growth and innovation. Working at CyberOne has been an outstanding experience. Residing in the Philippines, the company's flexible work-from-home setup has been incredibly convenient, allowing me to maintain a harmonious work-life balance while staying productive. I've had the privilege of working under managers like Matt, Nick, and Luke, whose leadership is both supportive and inspiring. Their approachability and dedication to team success have made my tenure here truly rewarding. The culture at CyberOne promotes collaboration and continuous learning, making it an ideal place for professional growth. I highly recommend CyberOne to anyone seeking a dynamic and accommodating workplace.

      I genuinely cannot think of any Pro's for this company whatsoever and that's me being completely transparent

      Cons

      The company will exit soon because of lack of sales, pay attention to the overal revenue and profit / loss. The CEO has this conception that having consistent events at the Shard in London will bring business in....I'm yet to see that. The CEO is also completely clueless when it comes to running a business, CyberOne struggles to achieve effective sales due to a fundamentally flawed strategy and business model. Their approach lacks adaptability and fails to align with market demands or customer needs, significantly hindering their ability to compete and grow in a fast-paced market environment.
