Compensation actively punishes loyalty. Tenure means nothing here — newer hires come in at higher rates while long-term employees fall further behind, and leadership has no interest in correcting it.
The executive team is not transparent. Information is withheld, decisions land without explanation, and staff are left to figure out what's actually going on. There is a persistent and obvious gap between what leadership says and what is true.
Turnover is not a coincidence. People with options leave, and they keep leaving. If you're considering joining, ask how long the people in your department have actually been there. The answer will tell you everything.
