Pros

CyberSearch is a fun tight knot place to work. While decent sized, the office is smaller with sales and accounting staff mainly. The group tends to chatter back and forth a lot and I have made really good friends here over the years.

Cons

The office decor is a bit dated, but improving. Compensation and benefits could certainly be better and more competitive. Also more perks would be great.
