Thanks for your feedback and we will work on your recommendation. However i have an advise for you as well that, issues can be avoided if you are fair in your work, ethics and commitments rather than running away from your work. CyberSec had given you all possible chances to improve and perform your defined role but you can't expect the organizations to be mute whey you are taking an advantage of the remote work from home situation. You should have been committed to your defined work rather than spreading the negativity. Nevertheless, we wish you a good luck for the future head and I am sure you will do good wherever you go. Thank you.

Pros

There no pros for this organization

Cons

This organization is a textbook example of how not to treat employees. Workload expectations are completely unreasonable—employees are routinely overloaded with 5–6 projects simultaneously, with no regard for bandwidth or quality of life. To make matters worse, management deliberately withholds timesheet approvals, delaying salaries and creating financial insecurity for employees. It's a calculated and unethical tactic to cut corners at the expense of those doing the actual work. The worst part? The company's treatment of women is absolutely appalling. If they learn that a female employee is pregnant, instead of offering support or understanding, they ask her to leave. This kind of discriminatory and inhumane behavior should not be tolerated in any workplace. In summary, this place is a breeding ground for burnout, discrimination, and sheer exploitation. If you care about your mental health, professional growth, or even basic human dignity—stay far away.
