This organization is a textbook example of how not to treat employees. Workload expectations are completely unreasonable—employees are routinely overloaded with 5–6 projects simultaneously, with no regard for bandwidth or quality of life. To make matters worse, management deliberately withholds timesheet approvals, delaying salaries and creating financial insecurity for employees. It's a calculated and unethical tactic to cut corners at the expense of those doing the actual work. The worst part? The company's treatment of women is absolutely appalling. If they learn that a female employee is pregnant, instead of offering support or understanding, they ask her to leave. This kind of discriminatory and inhumane behavior should not be tolerated in any workplace. In summary, this place is a breeding ground for burnout, discrimination, and sheer exploitation.
