      Flexibility- working hybrid/remote, which is a big one. Employee benefits. Management is good and flexible. Nice atmosphere in the office. Depending on the role, but can be low stress which helps.

      Depending on the role, fixed-term contracts are not ideal as most people are looking for job security.
