Coworkers are friendly and helpful. You will have plenty time to learn new things such as cloud computing, firewall, ... etc.
Cons
For a starting tech, lots of tech skills need to learn and master.

Very laid back environment. A lot of knowledgeable people always willing to help answer any questions you have. Have a lot of freedom on how to attack workload
Cons
Small company so not a lot of room for upward mobility. Tasks do get repetitive at times leading to some boredom on the job.
