I've been at the company for nearly 1 year and i couldn't be happier. The team are great and it really feels like everyone genuinely cares for the clients and the service we're delivering. The company ethos is to think more about the end user experience and put them first, less about hitting stats and numbers. If the users are happy, then thats what management really care about. My role is varied, i get to work on IT Support tickets, Project Deployment and Cyber Recoveries for companies hit by Cyber Attacks. Although the company is relatively young in its existence, all the staff are super experienced and its a real can-do attitude to all tasks. Everyone is happy to pitch in and help in all areas, there is no ego battles. The senior team act as leaders, not managers dishing out orders. Really glad i made the jump out of a cushty big enterprise MSP and into a smaller, close knit group of like-minded people trying to deliver the best service possible.
