      A Good Company but needs to improve the

      Pros

      - It's a growing company - Wages in or above the average - Benefits above the law - Somewhat relaxed working ambient.

      Cons

      - There is no growth plan for employees. - Inequality treat between departments. - State's retirement plan is bypassed and there is no replacement for it. - Bad integration between department's employees, (probably caused because of point 2).

      This is by far the best company I've been part. You really feel that you are contributing to something important here. The management team is outstanding.

      Nothing wrong here, I had a great time here.
