Pros

Unlimited PTO that you can actually use and be encouraged to use, good training and responsibilities given. Good place to get started and grow. In-house tools are excellent and growing based on the user's (us) needs.

Cons

Shift work, including some weekends and long overnights, due to being open 24/h. Clients can be very obtuse and don't read the e-mails sent to them sometimes.
