Pros

Dealing with so many Persian clients, you get exposed to a whole new culture which is not a bad thing at all.

Cons

There is no single benefit like health insurance etc. provided by the company. Compensation is way lower than average standard and it's only good for needy people who are desperate at the moment of applying for a job at this company. Most employees end up leaving this company with the dream of few-dollars an hour raise! Very small physical space to at least sit all employees comfortably, so don't even think of a break room.

Pros

Super supportive and friendly work environment for a while Reasonable work hours/ work-life very good

Cons

Bottom of the barrel health care benefits (huge portion deducted from pay) Pay is not great; longevity and efforts not rewarded (no raises) Top management became extremely detached from staff, unfriendly Feeling of "no one's job is safe" Favoritism displayed with employees; Efforts not often recognized as a result Encouragement to bend truth or make empty promises to clients in order to keep them.

Pros

Free lunches, easy to park, good places to eat nearby, camaraderie with the team. Used to be a nice place to work.

Cons

CEO tells project managers to make promises to their clients that he knows are undeliverable, so he makes them lie to keep them. It doesn't matter, though, because they will leave, anyway, when they realize it. Then, the CEO will blame the employee for not doing their job and make spreadsheets and charts about how much money the employee has lost the company. The whole thing is ridiculous. The office is incredibly ugly, I might add, and it's a wonder they have any clients at all with that kind of presentation.
