* People are great (at most) and the social environment is good.

Cons

* Management is dominated by men. * Promotions are more likely to be made to men. * Politics, egoism, and in-person relationships influence professional decisions and processes. * Salaries are underpaid, contract terms are unfair, and negotiation is impossible. The HR department ignored my email and then "negotiated" my raise via WhatsApp. * There is no concern for the wellbeing of the employees. * The HR department is incompetent and ignores complaints and requests. * Unprofessional managers with little knowledge of their fields. * Micromanagement culture. * In some cases, managers have personal preferences for some employees or departments, which directly affects their decisions.
