Good company if you want to grow your career

Pros

Sharing core values across the whole company Bottom up, self growth and teamwork culture Even junior people can take big challenges with sufficient support after few months Friendly, happy and flexible working environment Some unique HR system like issuing Cybozu passport to resigned employee to allow you to return company within 6 years any time

Cons

not so much to say, as it's the best company that I've worked before.

Pros

- Beautiful and comfortable office like home - Friendly colleagues - Clear process - No OT - No pressure - Important: stable job, feels like I can work here until retirement

Cons

- Low salary compared to the general market - ​​Boring projects - Difficult to develop professional skills - Leaders are chosen from those who have worked the longest, not the best - There are some people who avoid professional work and just want to do jobs that only require attending meetings until the end of the day without participating in the product development process (I am not saying that all managers and leaders are like that because I understand that in those positions there are many issues to handle, I am just referring to some special cases)
