- Python Odoo development seems to be good - Good hearted CEO

Cons

- Partiality starts from the tea serving anti - Pretending like giving appreciation for employees - Recruiting freshers by asking money from them - No quality or standards followed in software development - Will not get salary more than 10k for a medium experienced employee - Strict work timings. 2 minutes late = Half day leave - Camera placed in work area

- You have to work for atleast 1year 1month(excluding training period) at company if you need to get certificate - So much internal groups for a company with below 50 employees. - No work life balance
