Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to see recognition of the team, bonus scheme and benefits, which are all important parts of our employee offering. We do offer flexibility, and I want to be clear about how this works at Cycle.
For full-time UK-based roles, we operate a hybrid model with an expectation of three days per week in our Cambridge office. Within that, there is flexibility in which days people attend and how they structure their working day. We also review individual circumstances on a case-by-case basis and have always provided short-term flexibility where needed.
As a fast growing business, regular in-person collaboration is important for team connection, decision-making and overall performance. We recognise this approach will not suit everyone, but we aim to be transparent and consistent so people can make informed choices about whether it’s the right fit.
