Cycloid is a remote-first business which gives you a lot of flexibility on how to organise your day-to-day. Also being a growing start-up where things move fast, you can very quickly take ownership of the projects you're working on. Key positive points: - Flexibility - Ownership - Transparency - Level of expertise
Cons
Nothing I can think of apart that I would be nice to meet the rest of the team more often. That's not because of Cycloid, but because of Covid though...
