      Pros

      Lots of good things happening under a new management team with much greater encouragement to be involved and share ideas / own point of view. Good rates of pay and other benefits. Hybrid working has been introduced recently.

      Cons

      Some annual leave has to be used for shutdowns but we get 33 days so not too bad.

      Great team of people who allow you to get on with your work without being to controlling. Interesting products to work on. Flexible and understanding with work hours and family situation.
