None, this is a company in shambles! Average position is less than a year before you’ll be let go. All 5- star reviews are written after there was an internal initiative to combat all the honest and bad reviews!

Do not be distracted by fake reviews that clearly combat and contradict real reviews! We were assigned to create and write fake reviews to keep the rating above 3.5 by all means!

cool name for the security industry

Unethical terrible leadership that is run by Robert and everything has to go through him because he is a narcissist. They are late to pay sales folks and its more normal to be paid incorrectly. They change pay structure commissions and bonuses retroactively. Its a whirlwind with constant changes and pivots. The CEO is in over his head and the leadership folks cant be successful with him hand cuffing them. Worst job and even worse culture with no trust amongst the companies leadership..constant looking over shoulders and if you arent a Robert "yes" person in those positions good luck as he will make it difficult and near impossible to do a good job. He has favorites and makes sure everythign goes through those select folks.

My former boss was great to work with, so were my clients and most of my teammates. You get to work with some really good and challenging clients.

Dysfunctional is putting it nicely, toxic, condescending and disrespectful upper management, laughable raises, lack of standardized process, lack of leadership, conflicting messages about the direction of the company, zero structure, no formal goals/review process/bonus structure...
