Pros

We have incredible people doing incredible things for our clients - our work is valued and respected by the law firms, insurance companies, and corporate businesses who trust us to support them. The business is growing in all our service areas, and we have a strong drive to continue this momentum as we push for growth and more market share

Cons

As with all high growth companies, there is a balance between work load and team size - but we are actively recruiting to ensure we can maintain the level of excellence as the work load grows

Avoid this place. Honestly, OF or even restaurant work would be better.

Pros

The team. Without these hardworking and smart people, nothing would get done. Crime would spiral out of control, and the managers who think they’re in charge would be completely lost. The truth is simple: the whole place runs on the backs of the people actually doing the work. But instead of serving the public, it’s treated like a business first and a service to humanity second.

Cons

One of the worst places I’ve ever worked. Constant micromanagement, terrible managers, and so-called “benefits” that were blown out of proportion like Netflix, dogs in the office, and a pension of just 3–4%, which is the bare legal minimum, honestly I got more from McDonalds. Team lunches once a month (and if they could feed you scraps and bones, they probably would). There was zero progression or training unless you brown-nosed like a corporate shill. We were underpaid, overworked, and expected to celebrate when targets were hit with management taking most of the profit while we were sent home early as a “reward.” You had to beg to get paid for overtime, as they exploited legal loopholes to avoid it and instead offered “time back.” Management preyed on people’s motivation to help others, much like how school teachers are taken advantage of by using genuine passion as a tool for exploitation.
