Pros

1. At good location ( Only corporate ). 2. Clients are good. ( Earlier not now ).

Cons

1. All positive feebacks are from hr, Lol you will see some feebacks are calming that its best place to work. 2. Full to politics. They have hired some dogs which is not having any other work rather than looking at juniors and to talk with girls. 3. Senior management is totally less skilled. They will never understand your problem and just want someone to say yes to every stupid work and ultimately it becomes work not done in the end. 4. Chewing gutka in office is very common a kind of Gudda raj here. Old employees feels like king here and they will torture you like anything. 5. You will hear lots of abusive words from Manager which is very common here, Passing comment on any girl passing through them is their favorite hobby. Your increment is fix so dont over do here. They will give a huge amount to those who are leaking boots of boss. 6. No job security u may get fired. 7. No onsite unless you are favorite pet of your boss. 8. Shame on HR they dont have anything to do other than keeping fake comments on glassdoor. 9. You are here to clean the mess created by previous developer so kind of support role. In spite of reading this if you want to join this organisation its your wish, I wasted my 3 years here, you can do the same.

Pros

Don’t have any, apart from on time salary.

Cons

1. Beware of fake reviews.... for every real review(which are always a negative one there a bunch of team appointmented who uploads 4-5 positive reviews to maintain there score) 2. New joinees pls dnt believe on positive review. 3. Less educated managers who dnt knw what they are doing and just wasting time of the resources by assigning unwanted task. 4. Managers are least concern about the productivity of the work rather they are enjoying there life by taking unwanted breaks, by taking sleeping break, by talking on phn and showing that they are working. 5. Not good for female employees.... there are few managers who forces employees (female) to stay late just because there so called team are not able to deliver task on the given time. Even though manager leaves on time without asking about the status. 6. No female security. Managers are too rude. 7. Managers here are least concern about the work and more interested in making their positions strong. 8. You will get gender biased environment in work, for increment, for getting on site opportunities everywhere. 9. technical support team is very dominanting and rude. 10. HR don't answer your queries. HR is only interested in gossiping. 11. Don't have good projects. They are concentrating more over there useless products. 12. Managers are only interested in making new clients but dnt know how to maintain there existing clients. 13. Very less increment for female employees. 14. KRA is just a timepass process here- your increment totally depends upon your senior's mood and how much buttering you are doing. 15. HR makes fake promises at the time of joining. 16. No social activities. 17. No planning of work distribution and unnecessary managers forces you to come on Saturdays. 18. And if some day because of personal reasons you don’t come on Saturdays it will directly affect your increment. 19. Worst company with bad infrastructure and poor parking.

Pros

- Offer flexible timings (As of now, Young energetic management is planning to make this shift based, so i may place this in cons later on) - Salary are always on time (last business working day of month) - Company is shifting itself from technology based to Domain based which is a good thing

Cons

- If we compare to head to head with a standard MNC, the policies and culture fails big time. - The company still have the Sandwitch Leave Policy which 90% of companies have abolished. - The company has does not have a concept of CL and Sick leave. It only gives a 16 PL which is ever far less than a standard MNC leave policy of 22 PL, 10 CL, 7 Sick leave and 2 floating leaves for birthday and anniversary - The company has only 90 degree review process for increments compared to 360 degree. Hence the senior/lead/manager have a greater advantage to the increments. - No study of exit interviews . People leave and still no change. - Various complains of manager shouting
