The worlds worst Global and international leadership Lead internationally by a corporate pyscho The HR heads are just puppets for the leaders and constantly violate workers' rights on behalf of said leaders The whole culture is toxic, good long term employes (those of 15 - 23 years' service) have left due to the extremely poor leaders who have only been with this company for 3 years This company in present form does not value customer service the division is short staffed worldwide and under supplied with essential spare parts. Pleading on behalf of customers who are suffering is seen as being negative which will result in HR and top management harassment and bullying.
