Pros
If you are a fresher then definitely you are going to gain a lot of experience here you will work in Microsoft Power Platform , Salesforce or may bein .NET. If you are looking for a job as a data analytics domain then as a fresher I think this will be the best in Dehradun because currently only this firm is having project related to analytics which will be a add on for your resume. People with whom you are working with they have rich experience of 5 to 7 Years you will learn a lot from them. Company is focusing on employee's soft skill's every week they have a session which will be beneficial for you and will help you while client interaction. As a fresher you can not get a very good salary here but it's okay if you just want to gain a good experience for further growth in future. This is a company where even CEO knows your name and what you do which is the best thing I like about this firm. A very good firm if you are starting as a fresher and looking for a job in Dehradun.
Cons
Salary for fresher's will start from 12 K to 15 k which is the only cons I saw rest of the things are absolutely fine.
