      Good people to work with, not managed well

      Pros

      Staff is friendly and works hard. Half of the revenue is generated by one repeat client. Engineering staff is great!

      Cons

      Not managed well. Architecture department is focused on one retail client, Architecture dept struggles breaking into more diverse work.

      Good culture, not much opportunity for career growth

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule and office culture- team happy hours, approachable leadership, and half day fridays!

      Cons

      Not a lot of opportunity for growth- at least in the architecture department. There’s also a lack of available mentorship, which is crucial for young people. And the company tends to pigeonhole people for certain tasks- someone does specs, someone else does details, and mainly one person gets to do actual designing. It really is a good place if you want a laid back office environment, but don’t expect your career to take off.
