All work is judged by photos submitted by vendors and opinions always varied greatly among the people who were viewing the photos. Toughest thing to judge was the amount of debris in the home. You had to visualize how many cubic feet there was of debris before it was removed from the home. A more accurate method would be to allow the vendor to be paid once pics are submitted once loaded. Set a cubic foot fee and dont include it in the original quote. Let it be paid once loaded and more accurately measured.
