I don't know where to start. You receive substandard treatment as an employee, no perks, supervisors get paid to do as little as possible and they couldn't perform any of the processes from start to finish if asked to do so. The "raises" and "bonuses" are very funny if you have a morbid sense of humor. HR is not really trusted to help, so many people are reluctant to express problems they have with management or anything else. The environment is really depressing. As for the other reviewers that gave multiple stars, they are definitely not production workers. One star is being generous.
