Cytosurge has a very strong team, with smart, driven members. The technology FluidFM is exciting, unique and has the potential to bring major advances into both academia and lifescience. The company is growing quickly and offers room for new members to grow with the company.
Cons
Growth can be challenging, as it means regular change to the company structure, processes and priorities - growing pains are expected. While exciting, fast changes make it hard too look further ahead - it is more about the journey than the destination.
