Pros
I have worked at DAS for over 5 years and have seen some massive changes and great initiatives in that time. DAS recognises that employees are key to success and have worked hard to implement the right values and culture to ensure all staff are well treated, and have access to a good family and work/life balance. Wellbeing is a key feature, and DAS has a great support structure in place for employees who need additional support in their work or home life.
Cons
Career progression is not always clear and more could be done to ensure high achievers are engaged to ensure they remain within the business. Some procedures are outdated and lack of appetite to make big changes in smaller areas to improve process is frustrating.
