Management does not respect the employees, the company doe'snt spend time to train the employees efficiently, the company doesn't value the employees unless you are kisisng their you know what, No raise of pay or bonus, If you are not in the circle then you are considered the enemy, If you don't attend company functions they hold it against you, they love to feed the employees because thats the only thing that they believe the employees are worth. Whenever they terminante an employee, they laugh about it with the other employees. Its a revolving glass door in and out just like how you got in.

I worked for them for 3 years, they treat people like if you were a child they micromanage, the present manager she is mean and treat everyone like if they are underneath her, if she doesn’t like you she will make your life impossible, and if you don’t agree with her , she will get ride off you. And upper management doesn’t care.
