      Coworkers, the culture and atmosphere, values match my values, how we engaged with our clients, etc., all very positive in my experience.

      Cons

      Some processes could be better, but some are already very good.

      Pros

      I appreciate the freedom, flexibility, remote-first setting, and autonomy I have at my work. I also feel like the managers are listening to the people and care about your career growth and happiness, supporting the ideas you share and things you want to do

      Cons

      Promotion - lots of times you have to raise the conversation yourself but I feel like you are heard and you get the raise you deserve
