      My experience was wonderful at first and then after about 11 years the company began to make costly mistakes

      Pros

      Great people, some talented people in the US and EU who really understand business. Many people end up working for many years at this company

      Cons

      Product models are too similar. Senior management in Taiwan are all fighting with each other. Very political company. The company is not profitable enough to sustain growth and maintain equity
