      Pros

      Great place for overtime because nobody wants to work there.

      Cons

      Management is unprofessional, only care about certain people. They will nickle and dime you too death every year. Seasoned employees only get a 50 cent raise for the whole year. They need to fire all of Management and start over fresh. Too much favoritism there. They will feed you broken promises too keep you there.

      Some of the worst input from employees. The owners do not car about there people and should be more involved with day to day operations.
