Pros

-Nothing. -People are taught to lie to the people they interview and to the potential customers at their home. -People do not make between $500-$1000 a week. -Managers do not make 100k a year. It is all a lie. Trust me, they take advantage of people with no experience/ recent grads and tell them they control their destiny. It is all garbage. Companies that are a part of cydcor survive on getting people to come in and interview. You are a number to them. - All of the positive reviews are forced upon the people that work there. They are taught to write positive reviews so people think it is a fun company -door to door sales on 100 % commission

Cons

- No time for friends and family -Forced to go to "team nights" -100% commission - No insurance or benefits - After entry level, you work 12 hours a day (including Saturday) -Forced to hang out with people after work (if you don't you are looked down upon and they say you are not committed) -Creepy cult like culture -Lies -Door to door - Paying for your interviews lunches - They will not reimburse you for any expenses (literally nothing) - Use your own gas and vehicle -Did i mention it is door to door sales? They sell it as a management training program - Nearly impossible to move up ( ask why no one has been promoted into management) -Cydcor Scam -They are not going to open 3,4,5, or 6 locations within the next year -You have to deal with the police multiple times a week for soliciting in areas that are not allowed. -there are no leads. (the piece of paper they show you on the interview is just a list of names and addresses) - They instill a us vs. the world attitude. (If you don't do this then you will not be successful) -They are unprofessional.

Pros

The people there are really nice. It's definitely a positive environment.

Cons

- LONG shifts. (11:30-8:30) - They don't tell you that it is door to door until after you've been hired. - You HAVE to go out with your team every Thursday night. If not, they look at you in a bad way. - If you don't make any sales, you don't get any money. 100% commission. - They push people to believe that it is something that it isn't. - They tell you that you're training so that you can be in the management position but there are about 20 other people with the same title as you who have been there longer & haven't moved up in rank.

Pros

There is not much about this place that could be considered positive.

Cons

The business model here is as simple as it is sinister. 1) Have a never ending stream of young people not experienced enough to realize they are being rolled brought in for interviews. 2) Fill their head with utter nonsense and brainwash them until they believe they will be pulling down millions selling fraudulent services door to door. 3) Pay them 100% commission so you have nothing invested in these new "employees" 4) Work them 60-70 hours per week so that they have minimal exposure to friends family, or anybody who might be concerns for their well being in this cult. 5) Work them do death until they eventually wise up and quit. Hopefully you will have a fresh new stock of other naive people to take advantage of to start the process anew. There is nothing, I repeat, NOTHING positive that can come out of spending time working here. The people who perpetuate this scam should be out of business (or perhaps even behind bars) for what they are doing. It is plain wrong on so many levels.
