Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We agree, our people are very passionate about our product and making a difference to the way the world learns. We are working on a number of initiatives to attract, hire, develop and celebrate the achievements of talented individuals who bring diverse perspectives and lived experiences. Regarding compensation, D2L makes use of industry-leading salary surveys to ensure that our compensation and benefits are always competitive in each region we operate in. Our leadership team does pride itself on leading by example and ensuring that we have a physiologically safe work environment so it is disappointing to hear you feel different, this is something we will feed back to try and continue to focus on improving. Thank you for the additional feedback about understanding the product, with the recent updates to the Making of a Moose course, we hope to have addressed some of these concerns.
