First Line Management is very biased, and have many conflicts of interest, i.e. management's relatives and childhood friends designated to the shift that the respective manager is working, which leads to a lot of favoritism. First Line Management routinely allows them to go home early, but not other associates. This is just one of many favoritism situations that happen daily. Conflicts that do occur between workers never really get resolved, since First Line Management doesn't really want to deal with it. First Line Management tells regular associates to act as leads and managers, oftentimes telling associates they can punish other associates by telling them to go home when they do things the associates don't like. First Line Management acts one way towards you, then when the owners or senior managers come around, they're buddy-buddy with you like they haven't been disrespectful all week. Owners and leaders are hardcore conservatives that make it known through their actions and hiring processes, and can make others with differing opinions uncomfortable hearing it and afraid to speak up against it, if they have opposing views.
