Work from home; Opportunities to learn; Flexible-ish schedule
Cons
Leadership is a mess; Direction-less focus as it changes weekly; Upper-management focused on penny and dime-ing all possible customers while pinching all departments; Unwilling to staff knowing growth is coming; poor planning; Communication is a joke at the best of times, they will tell you one thing to your face, close the doors, make a whole other wild decision, and then push that on you as a "must do"; To get to desire position in the company, was told must go through "support that is hell" for 6 months, to even be considered. -If you are looking for technical jobs with this company DO NOT apply. your efforts will not rewarded.

This company is striving to grow and adjust to the ever changing needs of the manufacturing industry as a software and services provider inside the Autodesk network. They really are future focused and continually adjusting to best practices for their customers and employees. Coworkers are kind, courteous, bright and the work environment is pretty enjoyable overall.
Cons
Their project management is still developing and the company is slow to recognize the need to hire for growth.
