Pros
This company has a good working staff at the location I was hired for. We had good leadership and a cohesive group.
Cons
No good leadership above the Supervisor role, no transparency when it comes to issue resolution concerning pay. Some unqualified workers get positions over more qualified persons due to who they know. Treatment of some situations were not fair across the board.
