Toxic work environment for sure, this place is one huge joke. Look at all the reviews on here, they follow a pattern. As soon as a negative one is posted, someone in management goes on or asks someone on the team to write a fake positive review which is blatantly obvious. You'll be overworked and severely underpaid if you accept a position here. Management treats employees like high schoolers. This is a call center sales job disguised as "marketing". Also, don't expect to have work from home flexibility. This place, or shall I say one particular individual in management, does not allow remote work. She calls 4 days in office and one at home a "hybrid" schedule. Absolutely laughable. They do not care about the wellbeing of employees whatsoever and don't even try to hide it.
