      The employees are deeply committed and genuinely invested in the company’s success.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, the CEO (not Kevin Katona - he is retired) lacks a clear understanding of what it takes to drive sustainable growth. As a result, the long-term viability of the company is increasingly uncertain.

      I felt supported in my role and that management truly had my back.

      Cons

      Recent acquisitions made for an interesting company culture, though it was actively being addressed and I'm sure will be better soon (not that it was bad, just interesting)
