      The worst job I've ever had.

      Pros

      If you like working for a company that allows employees to embezzle money, lie through their teeth and scam you then you found the right place.

      Cons

      If you are not Korean or at least male, you have no chance of success. Certain people are favored and the rest are treated like garbage. You're expected to work 24/7 without thanks or compensation.

      Free snacks and coffee in the pantry.

      Cons

      -HR gossips about employees and actively manufacturers scenarios to entrap people into behaving unprofessionally -They will give you unrealistic workload if you are new, but no one else seems to work -They won’t give you an ID badge until a month in so they don’t waste time if you don’t last a month (red flag)

      You have the opportunity to help many children build a strong educational foundation with their curriculum. Not too much besides that.

      Cons

      Management, too much turnover, lack of strong leadership, compensation is not competitive and you are expected to work overtime without any pay
