Disappointingly, no pros were experienced.

Cons

Red flags from day one; so shame on me. After I was hired, I applied for my state license. Throughout this process, communication (emails) from corporate was sparse, vague, and two sentences. No effort to ask me for credentialling info. Ultimately, they ghosted me. They whimsically allowed me to spend hundreds of dollars, and turn down other employment offers, for nothing. Then attempted to fade away without explanation. This is what they do to medical professionals. No class. No morals.

Pros

Flexible schedule and independence. You get to manage your day and schedule. The concept is a really good one.

Cons

They will promise you a lot and when you try to hold them to it you are told you are being unreasonable and whatever it is your were promise will not happen or will slowly be withdrawn. When you quit you don't get any of you PTO paid out and once you give notice you aren't allowed to use it. Management treats you like they have a dozen people waiting to take your place. There is a reason most people don't make it to a full year

Flexibility with schedule if you get assigned to a decent facility.

Cons

Poor leadership, they hire and fire like crazy. High turn over evident when you see the charts with past employees every few months. They don’t care about patients or employees. It’s obvious once you begin work.
