      It's a job in Ogden. Nice people. Paid some bills. Offered massages. Good job for a student.

      Cons

      Mediocre pay, slow to implement change, low budget, limited benefits and insurance which seemed to change yearly due to small company size. Small teams that mostly work in silos. Limited growth opportunities.

      Close, tight knight group. If you fit in, you'll be surrounded by good people who care about you. The owner of the company is remarkably generous and knows every employee personally.

      Cons

      Averse to new tech (especially database and back-end) and very slow to release new products.
