Honestly one of the best environments I've ever worked in. Across all three departments I've worked in, the staff has been insanely tight and supportive.

Cons

The management and board of directors, as well as most of the membership, don't care about us at all. Also, the pay is horrible.

Pros

The DAR Library and Constitution Hall are iconic parts of Washington, DC. The building is located in a beautiful setting near the Mall and the Ellipse.

Cons

The wages that are offered are not adequate for the DC metro area and increases are not significant. Short term street parking and lack of nearby metro access make for a less desirable commute.
