      some employees were good to work with.

      All good work and new ideas gets filtered by certain management positions which would never allow you to prosper or grow beyond their control.

      Pros

      As we build up the Chicago market, the company has been very quick to adjust and react to needs and issues that arise. The company is very supportive and I have received all the tools I need to help them expand. Communication is very clear and open throughout management levels and different departments.

      No cons to report, things are very straightforward and transparent.

      There are no pros to this position. High Turnover they never stop hiring, and its not because they are that busy.
