      Pros

      Mentor of the company was very well known and ethical recruiter. Company has many sister concerns in software and training. Initial job satisfaction was good.

      Cons

      There's a bit of lobby system and lot of interference in getting work approved. If you are good in politics, you will survive for years.

      Pros

      Really cannot think of many at the time I left, except for the wonderful people at staff level. This group has been through alot and works hard.

      Cons

      Local management started losing direction way before KBMG finally bought the owner out. Toxic Senior management, poor decisions and no loyalty to staff. I say run
