Supportive culture, great place to learn, transparent management
Pros
The work culture is nice: learning is not only valued, but you have dedicated time to prepare for the certifications that are paid by the company. We define ourselves as a group of friends sharing interests, like "geek friends" and not family, which I like. If I have a question, there is always someone to answer it. Leadership is very transparent; every decision is explained, and we are encouraged to ask questions about everything. No bullying or shaming, managers know how to talk assertively and motivate positively. The office is nice and bright in the city centre, we have snacks and great coffee, and really nice chairs and tables (you can switch between standing and sitting mode). Newest equipments are provided.
Cons
Sometimes the amount of work is rather startup-ish. In exchange, we have a flexible PTO system (yet, this might change). The company is growing, and some of the rules will change, and for me it is a bit stressful to see the company losing its flexibility towards employees.
