Pros
It's a good place to really hone in on your design skills if you're starting out in design. Sometimes you get some cool projects to work on and design.
Cons
It can get really repetitive, definitely not a whole lot of creative work to do. The work environment can be a little negative at times as well so that's hard to deal with on a daily basis.
