Pros
"Big family" management style; the company is experiencing sudden grow, so, for a 200+ employees it's still has no bureaucracy. Flat hierarchy; large quantity of people are subordinated to a single person. Large and long term projects. If your project ends and there are no new one for you, you are not immediately disposed, but instead, there is extended period of wait and search for a new project you can take part in. Friendly community. Partial lunch compensation. Multinational teams with all related experience boosts. Ping-pong and mini-football activities, chin-up equipment. Massage cabinet and shower.
Cons
Office facilities issues: crowded open-space with no proper air conditioning. Food that is provided as a part of compensation package is such of a low quality. Constant open-space hubbub and uproar; if somebody wants to shout about something to other person, you will hear it no matter what. Absence of any code of conduct; anyone can do anything: make a call to own mom during your important meeting, not burden himself with any hygiene rules etc. HR department is absent. When you have signed a contract, you do not exist to a recruiter anymore. Company's founders declare open-mindedness and feel-free-to-suggest-or-question-us-about-anything, but in true you are the only person who respects your opinion. It is common situation when employees permanently perform tasks that are out of the scope of their original position. You do not get compensation for overtimes, which might be extended and constant depending on your project.
