Some good lads, once allocated a team your with them constantly, every days is a new challenge so never boring, learn lots of new things

Cons

FULL OF NEPOTISM, LITERALLY , if your not friends with management or related to anyone in an higher position, no matter how hard you try or want to succeed you will be chucked to the back and forgotten about, and if you express concern about being able to progress in any kind of way then you have no chance.
